Digital Factory and Salesforce Meetup 2025

An industry event on reshaping loyalty through data, design and real-world implementation.

On the 17th of November we organized our very first Digital Factory and Salesforce Meetup, bringing together leaders, partners and innovators to explore how loyalty can drive long-term business growth. The session focused on the evolution of the MOL Move loyalty ecosystem and the opportunities created through technology, service design and cross-channel personalization.

The evening opened with a talk by István Mag, who introduced how loyalty and service design can shape business transformation and why customer experience has become a strategic growth driver across the region.

This was followed by a presentation from Máté Tilk, who showcased the architectural and data innovations behind MOL Move and demonstrated how these capabilities enable personalized and scalable engagement across multiple channels.

A roundtable discussion then brought together Ádám Gyökhegyi, Márton Takács, Máté Tilk, Tibor Horváth and Géza Mátrai. The conversation covered real-life challenges and opportunities in building partner-ready loyalty ecosystems, designing data-driven experiences and preparing for the future of customer engagement.

After the discussion, participants joined an expo session with three dedicated stations:


  • Salesforce - showcasing platform capabilities and integration opportunities.
  • MOL Move - presenting real-life loyalty use cases and product evolution.
  • Club 1885 (Újpest) - demonstrating a live partner example of how loyalty features can be extended to external ecosystems.
  • The evening concluded with networking, giving attendees time to connect, exchange ideas and share insights.
