Our Story, So Far
Our journey started with MOL Group’s digitalization strategy, setting the foundation for what would become Digital Factory.

We launched the Data Lake and first ever BI reporting set for Hungary and Romania.

2019
We expanded Data Lake to Czechia and Slovakia and launched MOL Go (our 1st Gen consumer app), a key milestone that accelerated MOL Group’s journey into digital transformation, paving the way for even greater achievements and
We launched the MVP of our new Salesforce-based digital loyalty program with our 2nd generation app in Croatia designed to transform customer engagement and foster lasting connections across the region. We surpassed 200,000 app users.

2021
We expanded our digital loyalty program to Slovenia and our Data Lake now reached 6 countries (with Slovenia and Serbia added).

We launched Growth Navigator, the first ever enterprise-wide analytics tool for retail sales performance management at MOL Group.
We launched MOL Consumer Services’ first ever AI engineered retail analytics solution: the Hot Dog Production Planner

We expanded our digital loyalty program to Hungary with the MOL MOVE brand with great success. This year we tripled our application users reaching more than 2 million users.

2023
Building on this momentum, we expanded MOL MOVE to six countries including Slovakia (Slovnaft MOVE), Czechia and Poland and MOL MOVE won Best loyalty program of the Central and Eastern European region award at the International Loyalty Awards.

Digital Factory’s data team won the first prize out of 17 competing data science teams in the Data Challenge in the world of sport betting competition
We expanded Data Lake and our digital loyalty program into all 8 key markets of MOL Group Consumer Services. Our digital loyalty program reached 5 million app users who completed more than 100 million shopping transactions, while Data Lake had more than 1000 users and more than 300,000 dashboard views.

We deployed the first ever GenAI hyper-personalization solution in MOL MOVE which was recognized at Salesforce Dreamforce Conference in San Francisco. We won again the best loyalty program of the Central and Eastern European region award at the International Loyalty Awards,
